During our 9-night stay, we faced continuous issues with the reception's limited hours. The apartment was in dire need of maintenance, with worn carpets and uncomfortable bedding, made sleep difficult. The spa facilities were disappointing. The hammam wasn't properly steamy, and the changing room felt more like a damp toilet than a relaxing space.

spent our time lovely in this great hotel. the staff were amicable during our whole stay. the room was practical with bunk beds, had a good night's sleep. location: the property was really close to other ski resorts. it also was on the piste.

during my stay, I loved that the apartment was just a short walk from the Peclet Gondola, making it super easy to hit the slopes, and I also enjoyed the close proximity to several fantastic dining options like Le Chaudron Magique and Rocky Mountain within a few steps.

Great location for ski in-ski out right by the slopes. The apartment was warm and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette, made our self-catering easy. The separate boot rooms per floor were a great convenience, awesome for a super smooth start to our skiing day.
